My daughter loves the flavor of these. I am concerned how much they help with weight gain since it’s clear and has no fat. Overall it’s a great meal booster but likely not on its own.

Wrong product was delivered - it was Boost VHC (very high calorie). NOT Boost Soothe. We use both, so kept it, but hoping to get the Soothe next time. The meh rating reflects this snafu, not the actual product.To review the product I thought we were getting, this is a great alternative to water or electrolyte drinks for my mom, who has no appetite and a finicky GI system. It's great to be getting calories and protein in a clear (not milk-ish) beverage that she uses to take her meds and to sip throughout the day.I like that it has a few more calories than Boost Breeze plus does not upset her stomach.
