The item was excellent!My cousin from Holland brought me a yummy cheese but I did not have a good cheese slicer until I bought this Boska cheese slicer that she also has and uses in Holland.It was the best cheese slicer I ever have.This Boska cheese slicer is easy to use, light weight but easy to manage, cut thin slices easily, dishwasher safe and the quality is THE BEST!I can recommend this Boska Cheese slicer 100-200%!

The Boska slices cheese like a dream.I bought it mostly because sliced mozzarella is not always easy to find. As a welcome latent function, it's saving us money on buying blocks of cheese instead of sliced (it will pay for itself over a few months.) It's fun to use; I find myself snacking on a small slice (or six) while doing our cheeseburger prep work for dinner. In addition to function, it is a handsome looking device.The slices it makes are obviously not as wide as machine sliced (the Boska is simply not that wide.) Two slices of this one will be needed for sandwich or burger width, in average.

This is an awesome cheese slicer and works flawlessly, the only downside is that the cutting section is too small to cut standard sized slices from a block of cheese.

We have an old cheese slicer that was good for hard cheese but it has seen better days. It is starting not to slice well and tends to break the block of cheese. We have a small less expensive BOSKA slicer that works well on semi-soft and medium soft cheese. We decided to try this slicer. We were doubtful that it would be what we wanted at the low $20 price. It works great. It is a pleasure to use.It will certainly be a gift for our friends and family that enjoy good cheese.

We entertain a lot and do cheese and charcuterie boards. Tired of the cheap tools that come with cheese boards and decided to go for a nice set. These are really nice. Easy to clean and I like that they don’t have wooden handles.

I love how sharp the blade is. Also it’s made with strong enough metal that you can push down without bending it. It cuts very thin or thick. I highly recommend this.

Great cheese slicer! Works well on hard cheese (Cheddar) and semi-hard cheese (Gouda).The cheese never clings to the blade when slicing.The handle is weightier which helps with balance.Well worth the higher price!
