Works exactly as it should. I love how fine the strainer is. Especially since I don’t care for little bits of my tea escaping and getting into my mug. The ceramic holds in the heat as usual, but to really insulate it and keep things hot, you can use the lid. It works really well and I wouldn’t change a thing. (Plus it’s pretty to look at also.) I love it so much this is my second one. Grab one for yourself, they work beautifully!
