Before making your purchase, find out what type of speakers you will be replacing. You can simply measure the existing speakers and go from there. If you do not have any to begin with, a local Audio/Video shop can guide you with a few simple questions about your vehicle. Most of the time you will be able to drop them right in with little to no alterations needed. Pay close attention to the RMS power handling of the speakers you are purchasing. This is the continuous power that a speaker can handle without distorting. Your head unit will have to have the proper number of speaker outputs compared to how many speakers you plan to hook up to it, as well as sufficient power from the built-in amplifier. Sometimes though, a separate or external amplifier will have to be employed so that your speakers get the adequate power they need for optimal performance.

Poly Injection Cone

Polypropylene is a resilient and durable manufactured material. It allows for maximum flexibility that produces great sounding speakers.

Stamped Basket

Stamped baskets have better Resonant Frequencies. This means that the frame is able to absorb and transfer much of the energy produced by the speaker. It is more durable and harder to damage or break, good corrosion resistance, high thermal/electrical conductivity and retains strength at high temperatures

Rubber Surround

Impermeable to air, rubber has the ability to endure or resist exposure to the many types of weather fronts. Rubber has many different applications. We use it for the surrounds in a many of our speakers to connect the cone to the basket

Piezoelectric Tweeter

Piezoelectric tweeters are resistant to overloads that would normally destroy most high frequency drivers and they can be used without a crossover due to their electrical properties. The active element is basically a piece of polarized material (i.e. some parts of the molecule are positively charged, while other parts of the molecule are negatively charged).

I was looking for better highs from in dash speakers. I did have to some trimming to the speakers to get a good fit but not a deal breaker for $20. Good budget replacement for factory dash speakers for Jeep Renegade.

Arrived on time and exactly what I ordered. These speakers were fairly cheap ($$) but a great value. Changed all the speakers in my 1972 El Camino. I didn't want to spend big $$ for a car that has a loud rummble. They sound great when the car is not running and really good sound and volume when I'm driving. I picked these speakers for price and a brand name of Boss. I bought other sizes for the 72 El Camino (dash, doors, and back widnow speaker tray) Very happy with purchase This speakers went in the front windshield dash

Bought these speakers to upgrade the blown stock speakers in my Arcade1up Capcom Legacy cab. Paired these with a cheap amplifier and they sound great for the use case. Bass isn't extreme but sounds punchy enough. To my surprise, the speakers came with speaker wire with quick disconnects already crimped on. Highly recommend for an Arcade1up mod or multicade project. Not very sure about using in a car!

These are 3” small. I used the pair to make a custom center speaker where the single dash speaker was in my 65 Dodge.
