It's perfect. It's pink, has a staple remover on it. I thought it didn't come with the staples as listed but when I went to load it with staples and load the bottom storage that holds extra staples, they were in there (see second pic). Haven't gotten to really use it as I just got it yesterday but it should work for my needs. I'm very pleased with it!

update: after using it for a little bit I've realized that it does not want to staple. I thought maybe it was the staples. It did seem to work a little better once I changed staples. Now it is not wanting to staple into the wall.I needed a stapler for my classroom that would open up to allow me to staple things on the bulletin board. This works great. Super cute, great price, and functional.

I bought this stapler some time ago and have kept meaning to write a review. I'm not even sure why I left it in the desk drawer but I just threw it in its proper place after trying to use it again. I thought the bright pink was cute and everyone knows the Bostitch brand so I bought it without hesitation. This simple gadget has only been around for about 150 years so it never occurred to me that it wouldn't work properly. But what a piece of junk! If I'm lucky enough to get 2-3 sheets of paper stapled together, it is only after it jams 3 or 4 times and even then I have to bend the staple to make sure it stays fastened. Save yourself the frustration.

The stapler is nice, but I can't use it hand held - the staples won't go all the way through, even when it's just 2 pieces of paper. I have to have it on my desk and act like I'm trying to resuscitate it and really smash it down, then it seems to work fine. It doesn't seem to be breaking in any either. just have to get used to not picking it up to staple things.

I usually get my office products at the Dollar Store. But their staplers will staple TWO pieces of paper together if you're lucky, so I finally caved in to buy a normal Bostitch stapler. It's so pretty in pink, and is quite durable! It staples like a breeze (many pages at a time) and the little staple puller thing works well too. I would definitely buy this again, because it makes my life easier.

I bought the metallic purple one at first which LOOKS gorgeous but the staples were loose and it did jam. I figured I'd try the metallic pink one, because my sister's favourite colour is purple and mine is pink. I thought it would be nice for us both to have a shiny new stapler. The purple one seemed to work if I stapled more than just 2 pages so that's why I went ahead and bought the pink one. I got the pink one today and the first time I used it it became jammed and I almost couldn't UNjam it. It's also not metallic pink. It looks like cheap plastic. I'm returning the metallic pink one and might even return the metallic purple one. It would like nice sitting on your desk but don't plan on using it. I'm very disappointed in both staplers but at least the purple one is beautiful, for whatever that's worth.
