I love this kit! I’ve already learned so many new stitches from just three of them! I can’t wait to see what I’ll learn with the last 2!

I have cross stitched in the past, but I had not learned the various stitches. I love the easy to follow instructions!

I am very happy with this embroidery kit that contains everything you need to get started: 3 pieces of fabric with pre-printed patterns, a single 8" bamboo embroidery hoop (with a nut on the tightening screw!), small rounded-tip scissors, a needle threader, a seam ripper, a package of sequins and beads, 9 skeins of floss, a package of 16 gold-eye milliner's needles, and an instruction booklet.Although I'm not a beginner to embroidery, many of the stitches were new to me. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, I appreciated having both written instructions and QR code links to the video demos. The instruction booklet contains info not only on the stitches and patterns, but also basic "getting started" type info such as tying knots and separating the floss and so on. The video demos were fantastic; well-lit, filmed up close, and had no ads!I appreciated that the proper type of needles for beading (milliner's, where the eye is the same width as the body) were included, it made that portion much easier than it would have been otherwise. However, the eyes of the needles were too small for the included needle threader; even on the largest size where I tried to thread 3 strands through (i.e. splitting the 6 strands I needed in half and threading each half individually), my needle threader broke irreparably before being able to thread the needle. I was able to use the threader for 1 or 2 strands of floss, but since the patterns all call for a minimum of 3 strands it wasn't very helpful even before it broke. I would recommend the manufacturer to include a different type of threader, or perhaps multiple threaders due to this.Other than that issue, I think this is a great kit for learning embroidery. It has a good variety of border, filler, decorative, and beaded stitches and I've been having fun doing the stitching. It does contain only 1 hoop, so if you like to display in the hoop you'll have to buy 2 more to hold them all. I would recommend this kit not only to any beginner just starting out with 0 previous knowledge, but also to more advanced embroiderers as a refresher or just for fun.

I bought this to learn the basics of embroidery. It’s a great kit. I enjoyed it. My only complaint is that I wish level 2 and 3 had the stitches in the middle design.

This is a good set to learn stitches for embroidery and practice them without stress of messing up an actual project piece. I got this for my teenager who started embroidering a few months ago, and it has been good for me to look over with her as a refresher on stitches I learned MANY years ago. Also the little mini projects to immediately practice the stitches are perfect for a teenager that wants to see results immediately!

This is a nice little beginner kit for embroidery. I have been wanting to take this hobby up for a while, and this made it quite easy to do. I didn’t find myself lacking any materials or instructions. I had a very base level understanding of hand sewing beforehand, and found this easy to use and the guides easy to follow. It only comes with one hoop, just so you know, as the images are a little deceiving.

This is a great beginner kit. I love to carry these while camping to give me a simple project while sitting around during the day. All supplies are included. It was packaged well and the directions are easy to follow.

I got this set for my adult daughter. She was trying out different handwork crafts and had already done crochet amigurumi, then counted cross stitch, so this is next on her list. I love that it is preprinted fabric and you practice right on top of those to lean each stitch. As someone who teaches beginners in cerain sewing techniques, I can appreciate the ability to have this as a reference tool as you learn. And it's something you can hang on the wall when you are done, to remind you how to do various stitches.
