Installation
- Connect the filter to the water tap. and connect the misting system assembly to the filter.
- Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 1 minutes to purge the system and remove any impurities
- Screw the misting nozzle to the Tee fitting. except the last one on the end plug.
- Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 2 minutes to insure that system is fully purged.
- Turn the water off and install the last nozzle into the fitting with the end plug.
- Fix the misting line by the saddle clamps provided .
- Turn on the tap slightly util jets are working . enjoy the cooling misting system .
- Periodically remove the misting nozzle . and follow steps 2-5 to clean out the misting
- system.
- Replace the filter as necessary.

Recently, we had a month of over 100-degree temperatures. I built a water misting system to keep my chickens cool. I debated whether to use smaller size orifice nozzles or these. I'm glad I chose these. They emit a droplet large enough to reach the ground even when a soft breeze is blowing. The chickens love it!

Product is great and price is good!! Easy to install and fit great with a good spray of mist!! The only thing is I didn’t get them for over a month when it said prime delivery in 2 days. It took so long I forgot I ordered and needed some asap and got some at a local hardware store!! I called Amazon customer service and they refunded my money and I was able to keep the product for free!! Can’t beat that but if you need it now. I don’t know how dependable they are!!

You can never have enough mister nuzzles. Either for building several mister systems, or replacements.Of all the tools I have, I still had to purchase a 10-24 NC tap and a #25 drill bit.They can be screwed into the wall of schedule 40 PVC, without any special coupler. However they do not have a fine sediment filter to prevent clogging. I either ran them in a vertical position or an upward direction to help keep any particles from dropping into and clogging the small opening.Purchasing a large number at a time is, sometimes more cost affective and convenient to have extras on hand. However I may still order another quantity of them.

Needed replacements for mister nozzles on air conditioner mister system. The originals were clogged and spraying everywhere. Simply screwed these in and everything is working like new.
