I researched many bread boxes before settling on this one. It was the fact that it had the crumb tray and that it was airtight that did it for me. The fact you can put the date on the top by turning the dial is an added bonus, it keeps me reminded of how old the loaf is, although they never really last very long at my house. I have noticed the bread stays softer in this container than it did in regular Tupperware. I can now slice the bread and not worry about it drying out whereas we used to slice it as we used it to avoid too much exposure to the air. I would recommend it. We also have been able to store our breakfast biscuits for several days after baking them and they do not dry out or get hard.

I love this bread box. It keeps bread fresh for at least 7 days for me, and that is pretty good since I make homemade preservative-free bread. The bread remains soft and delicious due to the silicone seal around the top. I didn't notice at first, but it has a tab on the top to vent the box if the bread creates too much moisture inside. That usually happens the first day because the bread is still cooling. I leave the tab open for a day and the problem is resolved.

I have a Dash mini with removable plates. I got this to store the different plates in - it’s perfect for the use that needed. Because the plates are washable, I can wash, dry and store them securely. I purchased felt to use for separating them. I had a storage container that was made to hold them but I would have had to have two. I can get all of my plates stored in just one and the top locks. Just an awesome product for my use

I don't find it keeps a packaged loaf of decent quality multi grain bread any fresher or preventing mold than keeping it in the package, a loaf of bread last us about 10 days and we experience the same results storing it either way. Plus the latches that secure the top are already weak and I forsee them losing them failing before long.

I am all-in on the sourdough trend, and I'm going to need more of these! Using this box has been a game changer as far as keeping my baked goods fresh longer than ever before. I do not hace it sealed in my pics. But it seals perfectly and with the elevated bottom grate, air gets all around my bread and I get more days before it starts to mold, if it makes it that far. Way better than what I was storing in before.

I absolutely love this bread container. I freeze all my bread and I take out what I need for meals and thaw it. Freezing and thawing maintains freshness. However this bread box is a game changer. I took eight rolls out of the freezer and placed them to thaw in the bread box. Not only did they thaw well, they maintained softness and flavor. I used two a day and the last two were as wonderful as the first used. I’m very impressed. On the negative side the bread lid is difficult to position before securing with four sided snaps. If you’re not patient, the difficulty level may out weigh the positive experience.
