I’ve yet to find one of these kits that I didn’t like. This one seemed to take a little longer to come together in the bottle, but after about 90 days cold storage in the fridge , it turned into a really nice authentic Oktoberfest beer. I would get it again.

Easy to follow directions as this was my first experience with homebrew.Bottled yesterday so need to wait 2 or 3 weeks to actually drink the final product.

Ordered Oktoberfest, but the beer turned out as a stout. The malt used comes in both dry and liquid form, which I found odd for what is supposed to be a homebrew

Love Brewers Best kits, they are the best! Second time we've brewed this flavor and it has been delicious both times. Liked it so much we immediately ordered another. We are now enjoying second batch. Have not tried it in bottles, only in the keg. It has a hearty flavor, an ale that clearly show it's German heritage. They have both come out about 6.5% abv. Kit was a bit expensive but cheaper than a trip to Germany. Will buy again and again. Highly recommend. Two years later and I'm still brewing Oktoberfest. It has become my favorite brew year round. You can't go wrong with this one if you like hardy German beer. Keep an eye on the OG (original gravity) since it tends to be a bit higher than the instructions recommend. I have had a batch come out at 10% ABV. You might need to add a bit more water to the fermenter than 5 gallons to lower the OG if you want a finished product in the 6 to 8% ABV range. I usually have 2 or 3 kegs in the spare refrigerator and one of them is always Oktoberfest.

Such a great brew. I used 2-3 weeks in a secondary fermenter for clarity. My first brew and it was delicious. Great company and great tasting beer. Easy to follow the instructions. I will be buying this again.

So I added a little honey to this kit and otherwise just followed the directions. I was so pleased with the results! I shared this beer with many friends and they all loved it! Not a single thing bad to say about this beer kit. I will buy more.
