Worked great for 6 months, then failed and heat would not turn off. Save your money, and possibly your RV, and buy a better thermostat the first time.

Looking for a digital thermostat to replace my slide switch thermostat. Easy touch screen.There is no schedule.......also no back light to see what you are doing. It does have fan on option or auto on when AC starts. Also fan only with High or Low option.For me this was reasonably priced and worked with my Coleman Mach AC.. Make sure to take photos of the wiring so to hook up new one.

Item has good looks. Buttons work smoothly. When connected to 12-volt power the Display works but it will not turn on the furnace. I verified with my meter the wiring was correct between the thermostat and the furnace. I connected a known good thermostat, and the furnace worked perfectly. I contacted the seller twice for his assistance with the problem and I received NO Assistance at all. I returned the item for a full refund.

Let’s start by saying its from China. The wire loom does not unplug from the base unit, so installing it is a PITA, you have to let the module hang there in your way while you wire up the base. Mine is in an RV unit so I wasn’t going to use wire nuts (supplied). I used in line splices, which makes the fact that the wire loom does not disconnect from the base unit even worse if the base unit fails. The first unit I ordered worked great for 3 days, when I went to change the unit from high fan to low fan is when the unit failed. The temperature setting dropped to 30 degrees and the buttons would not allow me to change settings, even after multiple resets. To add insult to injury, when I had amazon send me a replacement, the replacement had all kinds of scratches on the faceplate, I don’t know if that’s an Amazon thing or a seller thing. Luckily for me the actual base unit was what was bad so I was able to change out the base and keep my original faceplate which was undamaged. Buyer beware.The unit itself is small and sleek looking, which is why I like it. It is not backlit. Hopefully this one lasts a while. The overall size of the thermostat is 4â€x 2.75â€x .75â€

I installed this yesterday and it's working perfectly, now I will update this in the future if it fails soon like the other reviews.Unfortunately I have to update this post and say that the thermostat won't shut off my furnace.

Does not work at all, hard to read screen but what does it matter it’s typical Chinese junk and I will be sending it back.

Pretty decent upgrade from the old analog style.I would agree with one of the other reviewers, screen is a little tough to see in a dim/dark room. Could easily build a revision with a small back light.

The product is good only gave 4 stars because it needs a back light or you can hardly read the display, easy to install and work.
