Well designed and made product. Wanted to move out of using plastic. This is a glass container and the filter fit is very good and clearly isolated the filtered water. Filtered water tastes better than the standard filters available in market. Note that this is a different filter and you will need to buy from Amazon and the water filter is made in Germany.

was not all glass-had plastic parts internal and cover sent. back because was not all glass--had a plastic internal filter holder -trying to get away from using plastic. Needs to be advertised fully so aware prior to purchasing. especially since was shipped from GB?? waiting to verify the full reimbursement amount.....

Swing and a miss. Love the glass pitcher. The water reservoir however is plastic, which defeats the purpose of getting glass. I love it but NOT worth the money. This should be $15 more than the plastic pitcher.

Purchased because of glass pitcher. Was disappointed to learn that the filter rests in plastic, which negates the benefit of glass or stainless. Very disappointed.

As soon as I learned about microplastics, I started looking for glass water filter pitcher options. I jumped at this opportunity to try this pitcher out. Before I got the chance to try it, the DHL delivery person threw it up my stairs, and the package tumbled down the stairs. This made the delivery person angry, so the person threw the box again. It’s glass! Sigh, I should have labeled the box FRAGILE.Update: The filter insert is plastic?! I just invested in 9 filters worth of money…..

There's no reason to buy the glass one as the rest of everything related to this product is plastic.

Like everyone else mentioned, it’s small, the cylinder that holds the filter is plastic and takes up 2/3ds of the pitcher’s volume. I’ve used Brita products for 20+ years, no more - $85 down the drain.

Arrivée en parfaite etat, emballage cartonné bien concu pour le transport de cette carafe en VERRE, mise en fonction assez facile, achetée pour limiter la manipulation des packs d'eau,et eliminer le plastique dans l'eau, ne reste plus qu'a l'utiliser au quotidien, d'un design agréable, en comparaison avec une brita en plastique est nettement plus lourde, c'est un bon produit qui confirme le serieux de cette marque.

I am totally enjoying my water jug. Easy to use easy to keep clean. And no more lime build up in my kettle..plus my indoor plants are doing much better on the filtered water..all round win win for me

Die Britta Glas-Wasserfilter-Kanne wurde von Amazon schnell geliefert.Das zusammenbauen ging fix. Das Aussehen in der Küche macht sich sehr gut mit der Glas Kanne von Britta. Ist ein Eyecatcher.Es gibt zwar ein LED Smart Light welches separat im Karton eingepackt ist und man dies an den Auslauf montieren muss. Mal gucken wie lange die Batterie darin hält.In die Glaskanne passt viel Wasser 2,5 Liter bzw. 1,5 Liter gefiltertes Wasser.Was mir auch aufgefallen ist, die BRITA Glas Wasserfilter-Kanne filtert das Wasser sehr schnell. Man muss nicht so lange warten wie bei dem alten System. Das finde ich wiederum gut.Nachteil hin und wieder:Nur wenn man gefiltertes Wasser dort bis oben drin hat und hat noch Restwasser im Behälter drin wo die Kartusche sitzt und man dann das eigentlich Wasser in ein Glas kippt, dann läuft das andere Wasser welches in dem Behälter ist wo die Kartusche sitzt durch die Ritzen des Deckels und läuft an dem Glas vorbei und alles wird nass.Das ist wirklich nicht gut gemacht.Das ist mir bei dem alten System nie passiert.
