When I first bought it, I was a little bothered by the price. But I mounted my grill on the boat with these mounts today, and they are sturdy as can be. The railing I mounted it to will come down before the mount will ever come close to failing. Well worth the money.

I needed a mount that works with a play-pen fence that extends to the top rail and that had the horizontal extension that this model offers. So I wound by buying 2 mounts and canibalizing both to make one that worked for my need. A mount from fishfinder dot com worked as the base mount.

It only comes as one bracket when you need to to mount a grill that should be well noted in the advertisement. How stupid is that!
