Think you’re too old to learn new things? Think again!! I’m 70 and I’m a whiz at downloading designs and stitching them out!! Did my first one on the first day. This machine is easy to learn and, if you want to, you can have a business up and running in no time!! Just remember - it really matters to use Bobbin thread and embroidery thread. Also, Brother customer service is great. If you’ve got a question about anything, call them. They are extremely helpful. Enjoy!!

I have been doing embroidery for 32 years, had several machines, this one is too confusing. I did purchase refurbished, you would think it would have been updated before sending out. Having trouble getting it updated! I will not read the thumb drive! I'm ready to pack it up and send it back. I have the PE800 and it was so simple!
