Bought cheap Chinese copies as spares for my tr(usdx) but found they greatly overheated during normal operation (not sure why but would like to check to see if leads mislabeled). Tried some of these Fairchild transistors and they work great and stay reasonably cool/ warm.

I'm not an expert so I really don't care if these are Fairchild MOSFET's or not like some of the other people. What I do know is they worked and that's all I really care. Go ahead buy these, solder them into something and make it work again. If that's not enough for you buy something that's not already broken and play with that.

These ten genuine Fairchild parts are at a good price when some of the big vendors advertise cheaper prices but have no stock. They will be replacements for my uSDX+ sd-transceiver blown output MOSFETs. When I ordered I was enticed by next day delivery but it was really 2 day delivery. So much for paying for a Prime membership......

Not sure these are legit Fairchild, I didn't see a makers mark.They are substantial leads pre bent on tape, and they did work in an ADSR circuit as intended. I haven't played with FETs enough to make an educated answer on the correct operating principles or measurements/charateristics.Also arrived timely.

They arrived in an anti-static bag (important for FETs) and in strips of cardboard. I have not tried every one of them but I've had 100% success rate with the 3-4 I've tried to use.
