I used this little chest to hide money as a gift for a 15 year old twins.They LOVED the challenge of trying to figure out how to open it.I had to give two small hints and they eventually opened it.Very well made! It was an outstanding and fun gift!

It’s difficult to find the perfect gift for young adults so I decided to give money to myNiece and nephews for the holidays all of whom are 22-26 yrs old. Usually I put a lot of time and consideration into what I gift I buy and this year was no different. Finding these puzzle boxes enabled me to not only give a gift but have a lot of laughs watching family figure out how to open them. This year I bought 3 different puzzle boxes, tried them myself before gifting them, and wrapped each with a little note saying “solve the puzzle to get what’s insideâ€â€¦this one was not too challenging but fun just the same. Everyone loved the idea of giving money as a gift wrapped with this fun twist. I definitely recommend this.

Purchase this for a live action, role-playing game, difficult enough to make it challenging, but not hard enough to never be able to figure it out. Not the most complex puzzle box.

Used this box to give our 22 year old money for Christmas. Took him about 10 minutes, but he was able to solve it (he’s excellent with puzzles). His older brother took a crack at solving it a little later in the day and inadvertently broke it while trying to solve it. (This brother is a fitness buff… didn’t know his own strength.) Overall, great fun and a conversation piece!

I guess it's kinda cool if you actually attempt to open it using the proper method. Unfortunately the build tolerances are such that if you hold the box at the right angle and just shake it vigorously it will come open. Very simple but still interesting locking mechanism.

I like because can help to save money .However , it is too small because the notes can't really push in.Will not recommend this to any one .Can leave it as a small toy .
