This is the first time I’ve done an embroidery kit and I’m excited to gift these frogs. The downside to this kit is that there simply aren’t enough light green or red sequins to finish the project. I had to go out and purchase more sequins separately. Also, there was not enough ‘floss’ in white, red and green. Maybe there would be if you’re one to never make a mistake, but I did have to find some more of that too. Overall, I think this is a good kit to work on, I just wish enough materials were included from the start!

The kit is super cute and really easy to follow, but they did not provide enough red sequins to properly finish the designs. There was only enough red sequins in my kit to complete 2 of the 4 designs that call for red. I can easily go buy some myself, but for the price they need to make sure everything is supplied properly.Edit: I lowered my rating from 4 to 3 because now that I'm almost done with the last ornament and I discovered there wasn't enough of the light green sequins included. There wasn't any left to finish the last ornament.

I've done Bucilla felt ornament kits for several years and have noticed a decline in the quality of materials as well as they are no longer "complete" kits. I did run short of the clear beads as well as the light green sequins for the frog ornament kit and while you can easily call the 800 number to report the shortage waiting for the missing pieces to arrive is a bit frustrating. With how much the kits cost I do not think I'll be getting any more in the future.
