Ive madee over 50 stockings from them innthe padt 48 yrs. Some of them recently have had some defective pieces like flat sequins or not enough sequins. one was even printed backwards. BUT. I usually buy them thtough MerryStockings.com and they have been extremely wuick and helpful in replacing defective/missing items. They are cheaper yhan amazon on some stockings

Like most Bucilla kits this one came with thread and sequins included, however I received only about half as many white sequins as were required and had to order more to finish the project. Also I found a few of the thread colors did not match well with the felt. In order to appliqué seamlessly I bought a thread which better matched the felt colors. There are also a number of spots where the ink used to mark the felt has splashed or spilled and left unsightly black marks on the light colored fabrics. Compared to other Bucklla stockings I have completed (this one is my fourth) I found the quality here to be lacking.

I've made eight Bucilla stockings for family members over the years, and purchased this one to make for my first grandchild. The pattern is adorable, and all the pieces were in the kit. But the embroidery thread was a challenge to work with. It continuously knotted up when working with it. Perhaps they should sell the strands in shorter segments. My suggestion is to cut the strands in half to cut down on your frustration.

This product is definitely not for beginners. I enjoy doing them even though they take me months. Everything you need is included and the directions are thorough.
