Very secure with the buckles as compared to my old saddle using a less safe system. Attachment for chainsaw/accessory lanyard on the left side.Four attachment points for vertical ascending and securing you so that you now have your hands free too work the tools without having to hold on too. Makes working in trees more safe.

Having no background in arborist work, I decided to remove a 40’ pine in my yard (from top down), and the internet led me to the conclusion I needed this economical saddle to complete the task. Of course, I needed other items too, but this one was pretty important. The reviews said it was mildly comfortable being a lower-end saddle compared to the high dollar items that people who spend their lives in trees use. Well, I think it’s comfortable. Comfortable enough. Not bad at all. I spent a few hours hanging in it with no qualms. It’s built like a tank and affordable. I never questioned my safety while in it. For an intro saddle for a homeowner or newcomer to tree work, I’d give it an “A.†Sizing is true to the charts on the website too.
