This is the greatest purchase I've made for my husband. He uses it everyday and it makes packing a lunch so much easier. There's so many options for his lunch now that he can warm it anywhere. We plugged it in to test it when we first opened it and it gets hot FAST! It even comes with a little fork and spoon the click right into the lid! The only thing i don't like is cleaning the rubber vent on the lid but that's really no big deal compared to the benefits.

I bought this for my wife so that she can carry her lunches and heat them up at work without needing to use their nasty microwave, which I am sure many can relate with. The bag is sturdy and well insulated with a removeable hot plate in the bottom. It comes with two cords, one household outlet and the other for in the vehicle. I make meals in portion containers for her, and the containers fit just fine, along with frozen meals from the grocery store. My wife puts her frozen meal in the bag about 30 - 45 minutes before she wants to have her lunch and it is all ready to go! We tried a few other things like a slice of pizza in aluminum foil and it doesn't get bread hard like in a microwave, so nice! I definitely recommend this heated lunchbox to anyone. Update: I wrote this review for the wrong product. My review for this one is just as good. This heated box works very well with everything being removeable from the bag. I liked how sturdy the bag and containers were and the heated part gets warm very quickly. It is so convenient to take it to work and plug it in about half hour before my lunch, I hate to use the microwave at work, so nasty and yes, I do take my turn to clean it. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Heats food quickly and works as promised. However, a thin plastic lid cover on the food container would help with spillage when transporting in the carry bag. Also, it would be great to remove the container instead of having to eat out of the carry bag.

This is the second one I bought. First one had only one tray. Love them both. Great product.

It would be great if the containers had a lid. I work in an office and live that I could skip using the microwave but the containers have no lids to store in the fridge, so essentially I'm carrying a container with my food to put in the fridge, then transferring the food to the container to heat it, so I now have 2 dishes to wash.

My husband loves it. Yet it has stopped working but I am definitely looking to buy another one don't know if it will be this brand, but I am looking for a new one
