The lunch box works great!! Such a game changer to be able to have warm lunches on the go in as little as 30 minutes! So many compartments, easy and simple instructions, and the bag is insulated too. Looking forward to using this many times

This lunch pail works great, plugged it in set to 100 drove till lunch time had a nice HOT meatloaf lunch. sure beat a cold sandwich on a cold day. Thinking of buying a second for my son that works on the road also

I bought this in November 2023. I luv that I don't have to jockey for the microwave at work. Ten-15 people to a team, and a 20 minute lunch doesn't allow alot of time. I'm not one to order takeout/delivery all the time (gets expensive quick). I do my own cooking, and pack my lunch.This box has been amazing. I've more recently been putting an aluminum foil liner in the tray before loading the food. I fold my own using hd foil, or the grease catcher liners for the Q-grills work great also. This has helped in 2 areas; more even heating and easier cleanup. The air space the foil gives seems to promote slightly better heat through. The easier cleanup is a no brainer. With only one tray and almost daily use, it saves ALOT of time. The only thing I haven't done is put plastic in the tray (like what you grab from the cold case). Given the level of heating, I would be concerned about melting.Lighter foods (fish, veggies, thin slices etc) take about 30 minutes. Heavier foods (thicker cuts, soup, stew etc) seem to need 40-50 minutes to get hot (not just luke warm), and I do stir/flip to prevent scorching. The seal appears to work well.The one time it got flipped on its side with liquid in it, the only leakage was through the vent on top (I didn't have it closed completely). The only thing I cannot attest to is if the DC cord has the same level of heating.I put the stainless tray in the dishwasher all the time and have washed the top in the dishwasher also, although I don't use heated drying cycle. I don't think I would recommend that.The main reason I gave 4 stars (4 1/2 isn't available) was the life I got out of the 1st one, and the fact that it just died with no warning. One day it worked great, and the next it was dead. If the new one lasts with the level of use I'll be reasonably happy, considering I pd over $10 less this time.Overall, this lunch box is well worth it. It saves time, money, and even fits in a large backpack. I would highly recommend this.

This is the best lunch box I've ever owned. It heats the food nicely, I prefer the taste over microwaved food. It gets nice and hot and keeps the food warm while you eat it. It does not have an auto-shut off which I don't mind as I have not forgotten about it yet. It's very sturdy and I love that you can store your spoon/fork in the lid. The cooling case keeps my food cool until it's time to warm it up. It holds a ton of good in my opinion; more than I can generally eat in one sitting. It's great you'll love it!

*amazon refunded me*EDIT: the company reached out and with the one i have now it's been amazing! it still works and heats up the food very fast!i bought this and had used it about 5 times and it stopped working. after about the second use the light wouldn't work but would still heat and at the 4th and 5th time it would not heat up anymore and i would leave it plugged in but it would not heat up even after an hour and a half. i plugged it into different outlets and would still have the same issue. the silverware and little container were nice but overall i wouldn't recommend it. amazon was very kind and refunded me as i had just passed the return window.
