Amazing products. I have used 2 round BULKA bannetons for years. They last forever and are far superior to woven baskets and canvas inserts. This is my 3rd Bulka banneton, all different sizes and shapes. I've never had a loaf stick or tear taking it out yet. I bake sourdough weekly and these are worth the price. Easy to use, easy to clean and dry out by popping them into my oven when my bread comes out. I love the waffle weave pattern as I had never seen it before. I always get asked how I made that pattern because it's so unique.

These are expensive but nice quality and should last forever. The wood pulp does a good job of wicking away the correct amount of moisture during cold retarding of sourdough in the fridge. One caveat: dough will stick to wood pulp more than a rattan banneton with or without a liner. I find myself using extra rice flour or semolina when that isn’t usually necessary with my rattan baskets.

I used it for the first time today and it worked perfectly! Sprinkled it liberally with rice flour and rub it on the inside before putting in my bread dough. Dough came out without any issue. Placed in the oven for about 10 minutes to dry completely as indicated in the directions.

This is the best Banneton I have ever used for proofing sourdough. It has a great shape and the dough never sticks without using a liner.

This is a great and professional banneton, easy to. maintain if you follow the instructions. No sticking if you use a bit of rice flour. Awsome!
