The Burn Jacket is fantastic for protecting my leg and the fit is perfect. I measured my calf and the regular size fits like a glove. I don’t even notice I am wearing it once it’s on and it stays in place. Great value and reasonable price. I plan to purchase more for gifts.

Took a chance on BurnJacket Pro version after reading a few reviews.Read the bad reviews first and I have to say I have no idea what these people are talking about. This thing is comfortable as hell and heat from my Vance Hines exhaust is absent. Obviously there are still parts of my leg that get hot but not where the Pro covers. I wear Pro when I ride to play basketball and play the whole game with it on… it’s that good of a fit and I don’t even know it’s there. Doesn’t slide or anything.It’s comfortable (like sock comfort), prevents burns (I laid my calf on my pipe to see), well made, and less than $40. No brainer! Going to buy another as a backup!

burned my leg on my breather cover, through jeans! This actually works well, have tried it already on a few trips, can't feel any heat through it.

Bought these for riding our Can-Am Outlander. These machines produce intense heat on long rides on the interior of your legs. These seemed like the would work to shield that heat. They do provide heat protection but are not long enough to cover interior of calves. These fit comfortably and breathe to release sweat but do not provide heat shield other than what they cover. If you are needing entire interior protection, these will not work for you. I bought a pair of shin guards and place them over the interior of my calves and they work great. These were $25 the shin guards were $10. If you are needing protection from specific burn areas then these would most likely work.

When I received it my first thought was that it's only 6 inches tall, no way will this protect your calf. But it works fine, and the test ride was in shorts, in Florida 90+ degree heat, on a souped up bike running open pipes.

My bike runs HOT and my new exhaust is HOTTER. A week ago, I was stuck in very slow moving highway traffic and my pipe burned my leg without ever touching it. I bought this item skeptically but I am blown away! Long hot ride today through some city areas with stop lights and traffic. My thigh was screaming burning but my calf was cool as a cucumber.Fits nicely under my pants and didn’t slide around. So comfortable that I actually forgot to take it off when I got home for like an hour. I’m going to try to squeeze another one just above my knee to protect my thigh. Great product!

Teve tres quemadas por andar en short con el escape y vi este producto el cual te da la tranquilidad de no volverlo hacer no te quita ta temperatura del escape pero si disminuye el riesgo , se ajunta muy bien y es comoda yo si la recomiendo

I ride cruisers and as most cruiser riders know its all too easy to burn your calf on the exhaust.My right leg from knee to ankle is covered in skin grafts, in the past i have burnt my leg and it has taken the skin graft months to fully heal, and because I've no nerve feelings in that leg i don't feel the skin burning.I saw this item on a YouTube channel where they were calling it a rediculas thing to buy, well i can say its far from that, i wear it every ride and haven't suffered one single burn since using it.It's a simple but brilliant bit of kit which i can highly recommend.
