Was going to make something but I'm really happy with this holder. I have 6 cones on it and it's holding up good. I did make a spacer for more clearance.

This is much closer to the base mount then I thought, Only about a 1 1/2 or 2. So if you mount to the side of something you wont fit and pylons on unless you bend it out some.Looks fine and strong.
