This is the best Made In America hitch to buy.It's my second B&W companion hitch. My other one had a different goose neck mount than my puck mounts on the new one.Once the jaws are locked onto the 5th wheel it will stay locked and you can drive with confidence that your load is secure.I highly recommend this B&W hitch.

This was actually purchases as an RVK3600 for the RAM puck system. Installation was straight forward with just a bit of tweaking. It took around 30 minutes with the help of my teenage son. It is easily removed and replaced, by the use of two people of course.I wouldn't want any other hitch.

Best hitch head available. My old one had been used extensively for 114K miles, almost always towing large 5th wheels. No appreciable wear. This one bought as a replacement, because truck was accidentally used by customer to haul a trailer with a Pull rite sliding hitch plate that had wedge on it. BIG no-no. Unfortunately the replacement cost is on me. Mangled 5th wheel hitch plate and my hitch head, but the hitch head never let go. This thing is STOUT. Even with significant damage, it released just fine when lever pulled. It would likely still work as far as that goes, but too much risk to try.
