The first order was missing the carabiner which I specifically needed. I was able to do an exchange thru amazon though. It would have been easier if they just sent me that part but they sent a new one and I just se t back the old one with the missing piece so kudos.Both seem strong and work well, the pulley came apart so I could put my winch thru it. Have not used it enough to comment on durability, but both parts seem well made, the pulley turns smoothly, it's exactly what I needed.

The little pulley at the top of my 40 year old 28 foot ladder broke. I adapted this pulley to the ladder and replaced the pull rope. Everything works great now. Nice pulley. Much better the the cheap little thing that came with the ladder originally.

From a former R&D machinist ; this pulley is nicely made. Just what I needed to tie off trees using 3/4" poly rope. The carabiner will come in handy for attaching a sling I also use to anchor before cutting. Nice smooth bearings. It exceeded my expectations.

Although I had only had these products short period of time from my limited experience with them I can say that the Penkwiio Cable Pulley and Carabiner are quality products. The maximum weight I have lifted with the product is about 60 lb, but I know that the product is heavy duty type quality rated for much more heavier lifts & that’s why I purchased it, to be ready for lifting hundreds of pounds more. The pulley is smooth and quiet - you can’t hear it rotating during a lift unless you look at it - during a lift and is very stable. A big plus is that it can rotate/swivel 360 deg which always helps when you have to reposition yourself during the lift.
