I didn't think it fit. I didn't pull it on tight. It's perfect. The print is so cheery. Sorry that I tried to return but didn't see how to cancel the return. It's nice and padded and a snug fit. Yes. I still iron napkins!

I love this cover for its thickness, I have an old board which needs the padding over the metal frame. Easy to apply, great fit and love the pattern.

Cover is descent for the price but it is a bit bigger for standard size. The tie underneath to hold the two sides seems flimsy, it is likely that it will not last too long. Otherwise the product and quality is ok.

After having to return two ironing board covers to the stores because they didn't fit my 54-inch ironing board, I decided to order this one from Amazon. Very nice! It fits snugly and is well-padded. Took about a minute to put on. I'm glad I ordered it. P.S. After reading some other reviews, I thought I'd add, the wrinkles go away after you iron on it. It flattens out. Also, one of the Velcro straps that seems to be in the way can just be undone when you fold up the ironing board to put away.
