I bought this oven because it is insulated to keep the exterior cool. It did mot disappoint! In the hot desert it is crucial and I am thrilled to be able to turn it on this summer.The size is great for a second oven and fits decently on the countertop but I would prefer it smaller.The temp also measures lower overall but manageable. My others all run too hot (Cuisinart and Black & Decker).Only toast, bake, and defrost modes tested so far. Defrosted a tri-tip in 2 hours. Much better results than microwave.Worth the extra cost to be able to cook in summer!

Am new to the air fryer cooking process but this item seems to do it well, and the other selections (broil, toast, bake etc) so far have performed equally as well. The feature I like best is that it does not heat up the kitchen like the old toaster oven. Exterior stays cool, is fairly quiet and works well for my needs and I am satisfied with the quality of the unit, solid materials that seem sturdy to last a while. I recommend this product.

It broke after lightly using it for a few months. Company requires you to pay to ship it back to get another crappy replacement.

My husband and I are thrilled with this oven. We had a Cuisinart countertop connection oven that would hardly toast on the highest setting and it would only brown the top of the bread. This oven toasts evenly on the 3 setting. I bake a lot and did an experiment today. I made some of the bialys in my oven, in which I have 4 baking steels, and the rest in the Calphalon countertop. Both were set for the same temperature and time. The Calphalon oven baked perfectly and the bottoms were golden brown. The bialys baked in the regular oven were pale underneath.My only complaint is that although I clean it after every use, the roof of the oven already has burnt on brown discoloration. I tried baking soda and vinegar and Barkeeper's Friend and even a fine steel wool and the stains won't budge. Any suggestion would be welcome. I really want this stay clean.

I’ve had this toaster oven/air fryer for about a year and a half. I really did love it because it cooked well and the cool touch feature was nice. However for the past few months it will give the E02 error during almost every use. I do what the manual says to troubleshoot it by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. But it does it so frequently now I definitely can’t get through baking something let alone just making toast without it kicking off and giving that error. Such a shame it happens after the year warranty and that an oven for this price didn’t last for more than a year.
