The wire placement on the 36v winding made a bulg that interfered with My balancer shaftMy old coil is black in the pic.Luckily I only needed the 12v coil my 36v was still goodI would say they need to relocate the placement of the wire on the 12v coil to the bottom or end of the coil like the factory one.The bulg on the side of the coil will contact the balancer shaft and cause premature failure of the 36v coil.
