We love solar everything especially lights, up to date these are the best light source, it may seem a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny it charges really well, I appreciate the indicator light that lets me know that it is charging and when it is charged, it is a simple but attractive and functional design, it will charge even on a cloudy day, the double solar panels, even if the light hits only 1 of them, it still charges, because it has a handle, i can hang it anywhere, the lighting is efficient even at its lowest setting, unlike some of the other solar lights, this one stays at the setting you select for as long as you leave it on. It is excellent for power outages and other emergencies. I will purchase more!

I have not an occasion to use the lights during a power failure but am very happy to know that they will always be available when the need arises. I chose these lights for their ability to recharge by sunlight in case the power is off for several nights during a catastrophic weather event. The function modes perform as expected. Easy to use and gives more than adequate light for reading and any other activity when you are in a darkened space. I love that the lights can be hung if need be and the carrying handle is very comfortable. This is a great product and takes up very little space in your emergency kit. Yes, I definitely recommend them. An extra plus is the extension of the warranty when you send your purchase details by email to the manufacturer.

Size is small and compact--as described. I like how lightweight it is, the brightness and easy to use. It has a USB and small plug in on the side of it (along the base) so it seems you could charge your phone on it if needed. The box said it is not meant to be used to charge devices though. I have not tried it myself as of yet. The lantern arrived quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase-but have not had to use it as of yet. (I bought it for possible power outages during snow storms...) Would also be great to use if I go camping ever.

Very impressed with this. Wanted solar emergency lighting but picked this one vs others because (1) It's able to be used in daily life as a reading light by your bedside (2) Color of the light was said to be warm, which it is. A lot of other solar lights have a more fluorescent color, which may be better for focused task lighting. It does light a room enough if you were to need emergency lighting to find things or see your way around. (3) It has a stand so you don't have to hang or loop it. However, it does come with a velcro strap so that you could hang it if necessary. The handle is really convenient. It would light your tent for camping and you could carry it to the bathroom. (4) You're able to use it as a charger. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cord. The 2 ports have a protective silicone flap/cover. (5) Has a lot of solar cells on 2 big panels. The 2 settings are low/high (60/280 lumens, which is pretty high when comparing products). (6) It's supposed to run about 10 hrs on brightest with an 8-12 hour solar charge. My test: I put it out in the summer sun from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm (6 hrs). I turned it on high for 5 hours 1 day and 5 hrs the next. Then I shut it off while it was still going strong. I don't know how much longer it would have gone because I decided to return this one and buy the version I can get in Japan instead. The Japanese one is 5000 mAH whereas this one is 4400 mAh. I am visiting the U.S. so it's easier for me to buy in Japan, where I live, rather than put this in my luggage to take back to Japan. I thought I could only get this in the U.S. but I was wrong. Unless you live in Japan, get this one cuz it's very good. I tested the USB-A output and the USB-C input and it worked but I didn't log how much time it would take to do a full charge either way.

I ordered this lantern because it seemed like a genius design. It charges your electronics and lights up via solar panels. Seems like a sturdy design and will stand the test of time.

Magnifique lampe elle reste allumée 6 ou 7 heures/ jours sans re charge elle se recharge très bien avec les panneaux solaires intégré je reçois vivement c'est un très bonne achat très content.

Took me along time to decided which lamp to go for .. but I can say I am extremely pleased to go for this one ..Quick charge , the charge holds for long ..Bright enough to light a small room .. perfect for next to bed ..The quality is very good , well built .. actually thinking of getting another one .. for out door outings ..strongly recommend it .. i have no regrets.
