Holds a charge for a long time. Sheds a good light for such a small lamp.

We have had this lantern for a couple years and I absolutely love it. It charges easily by plugging in, solar or crank and holds a charge for a long time. I also love that the light brightness and hue is adjustable. That means if you are walking to the shower building in the dark you can have a dim light to not disturb others, but if you are chopping veggies you can turn the brightness up to see clearly what you are doing. We camp a lot and this has become a favorite and essential accessory.

One out of 3 we purchased has an issue staying charged. It did not charge via solar. The other two are great and easy to carry around and are bright enough to read by when the power goes out.

This has a knob that can adjust from very dim to very bright lighting. The flexibility of being able to plug in a charger, use solar or even use a hand crank to charge is very valuable. We plan on buying more for ourselves and for presents.

This lamp is just what we needed for emergency Having been without power recently for 2 days in southern California directed me to get this useful lamp. It is just as described and easy to operate.

I love that I can get bright white light or dim to a warmer more natural light. With the hand crank and solar charge options I can rely on it to work when needed. The remote control never seemed to connect, but that wasn’t a high priority feature for me.

You don't need to store a bunch of batteries. It charges with sunlight. Small and light enough to carry in a backpack. I liked the design and the color. I chose green. I thought it was larger, but this works even better. I keep it on a windowsill, so it is always charged.

I bought a couple of these to serve as emergency lanterns in the house. I had the opportunity to use one when I needed to see in a place that had no other light in the house. It was bright enough for my purposes, but I would love it if they came out with a brighter model! My wife loves the dimming capability as well as that there are two color modes, one that's basically pure white and the other a really attractive yellow (similar to an actual lantern). Nice piece of kit! I love that there are two modes for charging it as well, a hand crank and a small solar panel. I don't think the solar panel will charge it from empty in a short enough time to be reasonable, but it does a great job of keeping it topped off! The hand crank is a better alternative to wall charging.
