Extention rods with 2 x 6", 2 x 12" (total length 36"), 0.46 inch diameter
Installation of lamp shade
- Remove the decorative cap from the wire.
- Pass the wire through the hole at the bottom from the opening of the lampshade, then pass the decorative cap through the wire.
- Finally screw the rod onto the threaded tube in the lamp socket.

Great color and finish, threaded perfectly for adding to my light fixture project. More pieces than I need but I’ll hold onto the extras. My soldered wires covered in shrink tubing slid beautifully through these hollow extension rods so I was able to extend the wiring for my fixture without having to install a chain. I may regret the rigidity at some point but for now, my fixture is quite smart looking and stylish hanging in my outside entry.

We purchased the lamp and didn’t fit well with sloped ceilings. Customer service recommended this and we are very happy with it. Looks great and easy to install.

There are basically to sizes for electrical down rods and they are extremely close to each other just 1 or 2 mm difference. The lights I bought only had 4†down rods but I didn’t know the diameter, but after careful measurement I got the right size and they screwed together fine. You could always order both sizes and return the incorrect one.

Good quality rods and hinge. Is easily holding a 20 pound stained glass chandelier.
