It's a pretty good stretcher bars but it can be difficult to put together, especially by yourself.

I have no idea how that thing was supposed to work. I had to really force the support pieces into the grooves. I guess it would have been held together by tension and the metal corner holders if the wood had not broken first. Hammering, bad.First time trying to mount a canvas painting, but I’ll leave it to a pro. Canvas is back in its tube, frame kit is in the trash. I would not buy again.

This thing is like IKEA furniture! I’ve never put together one of these frame things, but I’m not normally spatially challenged. This took me over two hours to keep re-situating and making sure the corners lined up. Also, the frame was slightly smaller than the measurements of my picture so I had to trim the picture in some spots and continue the painting in other spots. Also, you’ll need to hammer the corner staples in. Picture looks great and the price was great, but boy, it was work!

This was a great buy. It came with all the materials you could possibly need to frame and hang your canvas. I thought it would be easier to assemble but that's due to my lack of experience with such things. I would recommend this product to friend or family.
