Staple piece of equipment for our home gym setup. It's light enough to move around but sturdy to accommodate both me and my husband. It's comfortable to perform a variety of exercises. The price was also great!

Overall, decent product. However, we received a defective product that one of the assembly bars did not have the needed holes for assembling it.So we had to drill a hole in the very expensive yet decent product.

Bench was exactly as I expected. Assembly was easy. Took me about an hour and a half. Make sure to have a wrench and ratchet set to speed things up. I am overall, very pleased with the quality of the product.

I purchased the "CAP Barbell Flat Utility Weight Bench" from CAP Barbell through Amazon, in a USED but LIKE NEW condition.However, to my surprise, what I received was completely something else. The product that I received was the "FLYBIRD Weight Bench, Adjustable Strength Training Bench for Full Body Workout with Fast Folding".Besides the fact that I did not receive the product that I had purchased, the bench that I received came in a tattered box and was missing some of the hardware to put it together. The box that it came in was in such bad shape that part of the bench was dangling outside of the box, causing this to scrape during transit.I had ordered the "CAP Barbell Flat Utility Weight Bench" because it was a FLAT bench with a 1,000 pound capacity. The bench that I received is an adjustable bench with a 700 pound capacity, which is far from what I purchased. The "Flybird" bench that I received is wobbly, does not adjust easily and is not aesthetically pleasing (at least not to me).Although one could argue that the bench I received is slightly more expensive than the one I originally purchased, it is NOT what I ordered and the weight capacity is a whole THREE HUNDRED pounds less.I live in the Caribbean, so I had to have this shipped to an address in the USA where I had it shipped to my home address (where I had to pay import duties to receive it). The bench ended up costing me approximately 200 USD and I can't return it because it would cost a fortune to send it back.The irony of this all is that the bench that I received came in a CAP Barbell box, which leads to the question as to whether these returned items that are being sold on Amazon are actually checked by Amazon.Very disappointed with this purchase.

Decent for the money. Construction materials are really good seems to be be built well.The incline mechanism on the back-pad is too loose, wobbles side to side, and offers poor stability when doing pressing motions. This is due to the bar that supports the back pad being “too wide†for the mounts that it rests on.

To start of with the positives, it is very stable in the flat and incline positions, if tightened correctly. The padding is soft but not to the point that you feel like you're sinking with heavy use. It has wheels but is light enough to pick up yourself if needed. Adjusting the incline is also much faster than pin selected benches. For the cons, there is a little up and down movement in the seat on the decline setting, so sit ups arent ideal. The bench feels an inch or two higher than most but that might just be me. And the weight capacity is way off. Its advertised at 1000 pounds but the manual only states 500 poundsSo I would recommend this as a bench for users as long as you dont plan on benching more than 315 which most people wont anyway, and I'll recommend it if it's not used as a primary sit up tool. If you have a heavy flat bench but want an adjustable as well for accessory lifts that has a decent capacity, then this a great buy.
