It’s light enough to move around but sturdy enough to stay together. It’s definitely smaller than some other machines but it has everything you need to get started in a small home gym. Good value. Just need some weights to go with it.

Well can't comment on the quality not yet but anyone is more than welcome to message me after this message I will know as of tomorrow it came with absolutely no instructions you got a two-page paper booklet that had zoomed out pictures in it with no details there's literally not one word in the entire instructions it was literally a nightmare putting it together oh and it does not come with a bar either as the reviews advertised for the money I'm about positive it is totally worth it as of putting it together it's a nightmare a 14 and a 17 mm socket I do recommend along with wrenches do not try to even use the tools that is included they are total trash oh and if you want to do Superman crunches then that means you have to do the total opposite of what it tells you to do on the pulleys the opposite direction in order to do crunches with weight anyways hope this helps any other questions feel free to message me do not let this discourage you on buying this product though for the price it is totally worth it but it is a headache to put it together good luck oh there is no weights that comes with this

the manual is basically crap the parts arent labeled up or down left or right , the bar height ajustment does not make any sence , there are big holes does not say what they do and are not part of the picture or in the manuals ,to many parts not labeled , going to give it one more day and i am going to send this piece back ,got the bench to work out, it is to short for me at 6 foot 1 , the bench seat are not paded well there is to much of a gap between the little seat and the bench, used it today after finding the bolts that where missing in my garage ,pretty much mickey mouse set up, definally not an olympic set up ,its all one inch weights set up which olympic standard is 2 inch weight hole. not olympic by far, the spacing from between my legs hits all the way to my ......b..a..l..l..s it to short, again not olympic , they need to make it longer , have to take weights off and back on to do different things, wasted my time moving this and moving that to do different positions, again it came with missing bolts like 30 of them

The instructions aren't real detailed, you should be mechanically inclined to assemble. The one MISTAKE I did make was on the vertical legs (that would hold the bench press bar/weights) MAKE SURE that the Large Threaded holes for the height adjustment knobs of bench bar holders are facing towards the back. I had it 3/4 of the way assembled and had to remove the legs and flip them around because the knobs would be in the way of the butterfly attachments when using. Other than that it went smooth and is a versatile & solid piece for what I need. Not going for Mr Olympia or anything LOL
