This is a very good weight bench. I've been on my fitness journey for almost 20 years now and also a long distance Runner for about 15 to 20ish years and I've kind of narrowed in on what I like to do in order to stay in shape and one of these is perfect. This thing is very small and portable and easy to move around and pull out when I need it but it also is not large and bulky and gets in the way. For when I need more I go to the gym but for at home for toning and staying in shape and doing my regular exercises that I need to do this is perfect. It is very easy to assemble and can be fully put together ready to rock and roll in about 10 to 15 minutes or so with a little bit of know how. The functionality of it is awesome. I love how it gives me a lot of Versatility for doing different exercises also. There's a decent amount of adjustment also. This thing arrived on time and very well packaged it with no damage and I think for the price paid is a no-brainer if you like working out as much as I do highly recommend

This adjustable weight bench is a fantastic addition to my home gym in the garage! It’s sturdy, comfortable, and supports up to 700 lbs, making it great for all types of workouts. I've been weight training for about 40 years, and I have always had a home type gym, so I have had quite a few different benches over the years, some heavy duty, and others that just got the job done. This one falls in the middle. There is a little bit of assembly to do, but it is fairly easy and the tools are included. And it will also fold up, but you do have to remove some pins to be able to do that. It's about 54 in long, the base is about 17 in wide, and the bench pad is about 11 in wide. The covering on the bench seems decent, the pad they use is not overly thick, and it's not soft, but it is comfortable. Sometimes when the bench is too soft it feels like you're going to fall off to one side, this one's not like that. It does have eight different positions for the bench, and only one setting for the decline. It does come with some resistance bands that hook to the front tube, but I really don't know what you would use them for. They're too long to do bicep curls, they're too stiff to sit down and do shoulders, and one of the handles on mine showed up broken. The handles are pretty cheap. And the overall size when it is folded up it is about 33 in long, 17 in wide, and about 10 in thick. And it also weighs about 20 lb, so not too hard to move around. It does come with some assembly instructions, while not super detailed, they do work.

This bench was easy to set up and it down nicely to be easily stored. It is perfect for a small room.

Easy to assemble but not durable at all. Listen: This is a great intro bench and should be treated as such. It is not heavy duty and barely weighs a thing. For the average person, this will get the job done.Assembly was actually quite simple as I was up and running in about 15 minutes.Please note: It does include armbands that attach at the bottom but I wouldn't trust them for longevity.

Easy to put together. Easy to fold up and carry and store. Feels sturdy. The seat is as comfortable as one would expect for a weight bench. The resistance bands attach by looping around the feet. They slip off. I really don't see the point of them which is why I took off a star. Otherwise nice weight bench for light home use.
