Set up was fairly straightforward. Helps to have a socket set. As far as beginner home gyms go, this is pretty functional. Just waiting for the weights and a bar to arrive to test it all out. Initial thought is good for the price and seems stable. No missing pieces from delivery however the box arrived looking like it went through a war zone first. Nothing was damaged though.

Very poor quality. Boxes arrived damaged with missing parts. Another bench was sent that was also damaged. Holes for bolts and screws did not line up. One bracket for seat/bench not lined up and welded at an angle. Weight rack is unsteady when using for squats. It seems it could tip over easily if weights are not racked easily. I do not recommend

Pros:1) Great value for money! Getting a full body gym for $130 is just great!2) Its a full body gym - excercise bench with preacher curl and leg extension; and a squat rack with storage for weights.3) Great designCons:1) The parts are not labelled so it takes effort to know what is what.2) The accessories - bolts and nuts and not placed near the labels so you have to guess sometimes.3) The instructions are sometimes wrong and you have to know what they may mean.4) I feel you need more washers so that the closed nut can hold the bolts more tightly. I had to purchase around 20 washers so that the bolts can secure properly. They could have solved this issue by shortening the bolts in some cases, but that would have just meant more parts.It took me 5 hours to assemble and 2 trips to home depot to get a universal socket tool and washers.

It only took about an hour to put together and is very sturdy, It is a great option for starting your own home gym on a budget. For less than $200, this is quite sturdy and has a few great parts that make it stand out among competing options.The Good: The leg press feature is a great one that I've enjoyed using and saves space, same with the curl feature. The bench is well made and seems to be made of quality materials, and is quite comfortable while using. The rack is quite sturdy as well and is easily adjustable, and the addition of the weight storage is one that I am not going to use but is very nice for people who don't already have a way to store their weights.The Bad: While setting up, there were a few screws that were particularly tough to screw in, and the instructions were a little iffy, but other than that, it was easy to set up.The Ugly: Surface rust, right out of the box. While it's not super noticeable, it is annoying to have your equipment come pre-rusted right out of the box.Overall: 4.5/5, Overall, I would say this product is the best way to start your home gym, and a great option for everyone.

Product came in two boxes. Very nice product for the money. My only complaint is that the bag of bolts for the squat rack was completely decimated. Missing a bolt and unable to find a customer service number for a replacement.

It didn’t take long to assemble, pretty sturdy, doesn’t pinch me when Doing leg curls. The squat rack isn’t very sturdy when hooking the bar back but it still keep your protected. Again not bad for the price I would recommend to anyone with a personal gym and won’t be throwing the bar on the rack.

The package upon delivery was so destroyed two plastic cables were the only thing holding it together. There were holes dime size to fist size on all sides of the cardboard box. After cutting the plastic cables the box fell apart easily. At the time I honestly didn’t think this was an issue because the contents in the box are not fragile. In hind sight I shoulD have taken pictures of the box IMMEDIATELY. I assembled the weight bench and weight rack with high hopes and excitement. However, this was not your standard ikea assembly, it was a much harder puzzle than I expected. When I had finished assembling the weight bench I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The weight bench was f***ed up! The welding of this unit evidently had not been checked. It wobbled terribly! I tried putting wedges under it to keep it from tipping side to side but I was very frustrated with the result! I’m attempting to pack it back up in the broken box it arrived in! I’m using duct tape and trying by my best but it’s sad folks. I don’t recommend this purchase to ANYONE. If you choose to buy this item based on its low price I advise you to take pictures of it from start to finish! And prepare yourself for a headache…
