This product is VERY solid for the money. You have to grab the bar on the outside of the stand for bench press but it's very easy. I'm lifting about 200 lbs and it VERY sturdy. EASY fold-up, VERY easy to adjust the back for incline and shoulder press. Also, there is a very well designed safety catch for the bench press just above the chest and the stands for the bench press weight are padded so the bar doesn't roll easily or clang. I would highly recommend.

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it and uses it to workout everyday. He had no issues with the product other than the assembly instructions were a bit confusing.

It is a very sturdy bench well built the only trouble I had was scratches in the paint from shipping. Seemed to shift around and scratch different parts to bench.

Not impressed, it will work for now but definitely won't try and re-sell when I buy a new one. May donate it. Won't purchase this brand again.

I bought this product after reading other reviews. After having it for 3 weeks I am writing a short review here. First, assembling is very easy, even 6th grader can do it within 30 min. One thing I notice is that you should not tighten the bolt-nut too hard as the metal frame is not thick enough. Sturdiness is decent. The whole thing is not super heavy, so I would not recommend to lean on it, however it is sturdy enough to keep fairly heavy weights. You can fold it up when you don't use so that it won't take up so much space. Overall I like this product very much and am happy to use it daily.

Let me start by saying I'm 6'4" tall, and this bench is a great size for me. Some other reviews say the rack posts are too close together, but this is NOT true. I'm a broad shouldered man, and I have no problems whatsoever using this bench.The feature that most caught my attention is the ability to fold it up for storage. Pulling two simple pins allows you to stand the bench portion upright, making for a low profile easy to store away option. And none of the folding mechanisms take away from the overall sturdiness of this bench at all. It suits my needs perfectly, and would recommend this bench to anyone looking for a useful, space-saving solution.The one and only complaint I have is the resistance bands packed with the bench aren't as tight as I'd like, but they are easily removable and can be replaced with any resistance bands that incorporate a D-ring style attachment. With that said, I don't actually use that feature much anyway. I gave this product a 5-star rating, and I'm confident it will please you, too!

When putting it together, the images can be rather confusing. youll notice small differences, such as the bottom plates that hold your rack have to be facing inward otherwise holes wont align. Besides being extra careful when setting it up, the bench works well, is sturdy, and new and professional gym user friendly. I enjoy the dual features it offers //
