We travel fulltime in an RV with 3 little kids so we drive A LOT. 2 kids are in backless boosters and these are awesome for car naps and to cut down on backseat fighting. We keep them in the up postion until someone gets drowsy. They pull one or both down easily by themselves and can take a nice neck comfy nap while we drive. They are in a good place for my 4 year old and would still work for me. When we start hearing the backseat "stop looking at me!" fighting we have then pul down their seat wings and they get some space to themselves. Would never car trip without these. They fit easily on our 2019 F350 headrests and dont black the back window for the driver much more than the headrests do. Well made, sturdy, easy to install. Love these.

This thing is amazing. My kid uses it even when he's not sleeping. I really wish I found this sooner. Works better than any other "neck support/sleeping/pillow" situation I have found. And it can fold up out of the way when you don't need it.Honestly- i love it!The only down side is that it will only go on this one headrest, so he can't switch seats, but that's ok bc of how well it works.

I originally bought this for the front passenger seat. My kids watched me using it and decided they each wanted one for a very long trip. These are very comfortable and the 3 of us were sleeping in no time. It’s adjustable and I was able to install them in a couple mins. No issues with any of them.

This simply doesn't fit my 2023 Rav 4. But it looks very well made.

Bought for my daughter who tends to fall asleep with her head flopped over to the side. She loves it and uses it all of the time. Looks great and fit perfectly in our 2016 Ford Lariat Truck. Stays in place when up and easy to pull down. Much more convenient and comfortable than a neck pillow for her.

I purchased the Heapany Car Headrest for my wife (who loves to sleep in the car) before our vacation, which included 12 hours of driving each way. She immediately loved it and said it was a game changer. She used to find it difficult to keep her head positioned comfortably while sleeping, but with this headrest she had a stable and comfortable place to lay her head. Installation is easy once you determine which bushing to use with your headrest post. I only gave it 4 stars because the plastic feels very flimsy and seems like it could break easily. However, it has worked flawlessly so far.

Don't believe what other reviewers say about the sides not rotating. People who did that did not install it on the car seats. They just opened the box, do a dry run and tried to rotate the sides. When you do that, it will not rotate. Why? The bracket and attachment is not secured to the headrest pillars. When you look at it at first on how the sides is attached, you will think that it will not rotate. I almost sent it back until I decided to install it to the headrest pillars. Wallah! it rotated up and down. I will never do a long drive without these headrest pillows. What a game changer. I also like the way it attaches to the headrest pillars compared to the other designs that are more expensive. I ordered 1 at first to check it out and just ordered 3 more. BUYER'S, PLEASE INSTALL THE PRODUCT TO THE HEADREST PILLARS FIRST BEFORE YOU RETURN IT BECAUSE YOU THINK IT DOES NOT ROTATE BY THE LOOKS OF THE DESIGN AND ATTACHMENT.

The headrest is useful for short people, if you are tall, the shoulders will hit the headrest, the product is fragile, it makes noise after installation and after few uaages it broke
