My 1999 Toyota 4Runner had minor wear on the top portion of the steering wheel. I wanted to get a cover but did not want to ruin the OEM look of my interior. I came across this specific steering wheel cover which in my opinion, matches pretty well. It came stretched in the package so I believe that made installation a lot easier. I think it looks great and it DOES NOT SLIP at all. The steering wheel feels like one piece still, it doesn’t feel like there’s a cover around the perimeter because it fits so tight.

READ THE REVIEWS! Really tough to put on, I needed needle nose pliers to get the last bit on, but it fits, very snug but that’s what I want. You just have to do a lot of finagling and twisting. Pretty good color match to my e320.

My old steering wheel cover had some stretch, but it was VERY tight and always trying to come off. Thanks to the plastic wood print (this wouldn't work if it was actually wood), this thing has no stretch at all. Once it's on, it's going to stay on! Getting it on, however, is a pain in the butt. It took almost 10 minutes to get this thing on the steering wheel of my 2004 Chrysler Town and Country. Every bit worth the effort!

My wood veneer steering wheel was starting to crack. I purchased this to protect it and still keep the same look. Was very difficult to get it installed but now that it’s on it looks great. The grip has a strange feel to it, almost sticky and is kind of bulky but I am starting to get used to it.

It was a bit tough to put on initially, but after asking my husband to take over, it fit nice and tight on the steering wheel, and it feels soooooo much better whole driving compared to the original steering wheel's material. Very stiff and sturdy, I feel like this bad boy is gonna last a long time!

As you can see from my photo this product looks amazing and matches the interior of my car perfectly. Yes, initially it is a bit hard to fit but just takes a bit of muscle 💪ðŸ¼. Buy this, you will not be disappointed. ðŸ˜

Other reviewers weren't kidding when they said this thing is difficult to install...however, it looks and fits great once you're done. Since it's a tight fit, it doesn't slide around at all, but the texture is nice and soft. It will serve well for its intended function. As a plus for me, the fake woodgrain was a near perfect match for my Volvo XC70. I plan on replacing the whole wheel altogether sometime, but for now this was a good and cheap alternative.

It's really a great match to my old Mercedes (1999 e320) interior. I docked off a star because, as many other people have mentioned, it's a complete feat of strength and tenacity to get to actually installed on the steering wheel. It takes a good amount of effort to have the cover achieve any sort of give.My suggestion would be to start with the bottom and stretch it out, rotating the cover all the way around while tugging upward to stretch is out some. Then one you have the stitch seam at the bottom, work it onto the wheel and pull upwards as hard as you can until you can't pull it onto the wheel anymore. Then take a wooden dowel that is slightly thinner than a broomstick handle (I had a hair brush in the car which was dicey, but did work) and use it to stretch the cover out a bit more and let it guide it in place over the steering wheel.. then pray for the best.I am pretty sure this will be the last cover I ever install on it because I can't imagine trying to get it off now that it's on, unless I have leather sheers to cut it off!

The leather on my 18 year old Mercedes-Benz SL500 steering wheel is peeling, discoloured, and looks nasty. I'm really pleased about how this cover feels great and integrates so well with the gray leather and burlwood trim of my car's interior. It almost looks custom - I couldn't be happier. A great find. That said, it was a real bugger to install on my wheel. At first, I didn't think it was possible and I almost gave up after the first 15 minutes. Patience, perseverence, and elbow grease eventually paid off.

A very tight fit to get on but worth it, good feel to it and comfortable
