These 9â€x13†Caraway rectangle pans are so nice! They are heavyweight, but not too heavy to comfortably handle. The large handles on the side are easy to grip even with oven mitts, and are sturdily riveted into the pan. This particular size of pan has always been one of my go-tos, for brownies, cake, lasagna, casseroles, baked chicken, etc. I baked a pan of banana bars this morning and purposely did not grease the pan, just to see what happened. I was pleased that the entire contents popped out perfectly when I flipped the pan over a cooling rack. The included instructions advise to monitor your food the first few uses, since the pans distribute heat well. I found this to be true, and removed my banana bars from the oven 5 minutes earlier than I used to in my previous thinner pans.If you do choose to grease your new pan, don’t use canned cooking spray. The included instructions advise against this as well. It has a propellant in it that builds up and causes a gummy residue over time. I ruined a few pieces of cookware before I learned this. When I do need to grease a pan, I use a small amount of butter or a bit of canola oil on a paper towel. Likewise, to protect your pan don’t use metal utensils in it.These pans are not dishwasher safe, but cleaning them up is very easy. A quick wipe with a soapy rag releases any leftover food. The newer and safer type of nonstick coating in Caraway pans is free from PTFE and PFOA. I’m in the process of changing over all of my non-stick metal cookware, since studies now show that the older teflon type of coating can be dangerous. I have a few pieces of Caraway now, and have been very pleased with all of it.

These pans just feel nice. You never notice when you're using other pans in lower quality until you hold something like this. I don't bake a lot, but I use these for lasagna and other casseroles and the cleanup is so easy. No stuck on burnt marks or any other discoloration. These are hand wash only, but it's not a problem. You won't spend a lot of time soaking and scrubbing.There is A LOT of unboxing though. I mean, it was like one of those Russian dolls where you keep removing one layer and another pops up! I didn't think it was going to end! These would make a great housewarming gift because the actual box is nice.The price is worth it for this brand and the quality these are. They look great on the table as well! Just use a trivet or towel if the pan is hot.

These 9x13 pans from Caraway are excellent. The “peracotta†color is beautiful, sort of a sophisticated, muted salmon that isn’t overly pink. They are much lighter and easier to handle than 9x13 glass pans, and also have a more true-to-size shape as opposed to the sloped to edges glass tends to have.Using them to cook I found the results to be excellent and they cleaned up very easily. The surface is nonstick without any prep.Included instructions say not to use cooking sprays or metal utensils, and to hand wash. The instructions also mention using “included†cork trivets to set them down onto when hot, but no such thing was included. I’m not bothered by that as I have plenty of trivets and I don’t think they are explicitly promised in the product description anyway.I will note, echoing another reviewer, that wow it’s a lot of unboxing. Just when I thought I had reached the last box there was another one. The end result was a lot of cardboard to add to my recycling. But, on the plus side, the product is very securely packed to avoid damage.

These baking pans come in a huge amount of packaging, to the point that after opening box, after box, after box, after box, I gave up for a bit and took a break. The packaging is all cardboard at least which I much prefer over plastics. The pan are thick and heavy enough that they do not have hot spots and therefore seem to heat pretty evenly. The non stick ceramic coating seems to work fine and with hand washing it may last for awhile. We don't use any oil or butter in cooking baking and have not had issues with anything sticking to these pans.

I feel like I have seen this brand being advertised everywhere so when I saw it online, I decided to go ahead and order it and I am not at all disappointed. These pans are so pretty, stylish, well made and are worth the price.I decided to make some egg bites in the pan and in my hurry, I didn't read the directions and forgot to prime the pan with oil and I was worried that when they were done, I would be scraping eggs of the side but to my surprise the food slipped out easily (as you can see from the pictures that I posted). It was so easy to clean as well. I can sometimes be cheap when it comes to buying pots and pans but honestly after one use of these 2 Caraway pans, I am sold especially knowing they are nontoxic. So excited to order more. Awesome product!

This Caraway Non-Stick 9 x 13 pan is definitely non-stick with both PFOA and PTFE missing! Thankfully these are non-toxic which is so important! I made a Pastitisio, Greek Lasagna and it was a success and so easy to get a slice out of the pan! I have a few Caraway prodcuts and my only beef is the outside color scratches, this is still new so not scratched yet! The handles are so helpful and easy to use with oven mitts not getting in the food. It is pretty enough to serve out of which is exactly what I did! Having two is always better than one! Another winner from Caraway!

I love these pans! I cooked my mom's famous mac and cheese in one and it came out beautifully and clean up was incredibly minimal. I literally could have run them under water and been done. They are ceramic coated metal and are free from PTFE and PFOA's. Another selling point for me is the fact that the pans are very lightweight. My glass pans can be pretty heavy coming out of the oven full, but these have much less weight and are a lot easier to carry one handed. The pans also come in a nice variety of colors that would suit every aesthetic. I recommend.
