The product is a lovely one but it arrived today chipped inside and around the edge. What is my recourse? I would like one in good condition please? Needs to be wrapped better than that fine plastic. Please advise?

This enamelware baking dish is the 4th piece that I now have in my collection. The brand of this dish is so far above the quality of my other 3 pieces. It is thick and sturdy, able to with stand a high oven temperature. I had it one day and immediately purchased the next Suze above. Well worth waiting 2 weeks for.

This isn't too bad of an enamelware cake pan, I like that the sides come straight down rather than taper in at an angle, like most other pans. What I didn't like is that the enamel applied to the steel underneath is a little inconsistent, there are patches where the enamel is thinned out, or the blue rim is not even all the way around. Quality control seems to be an issue. Other enamelware pans I've bought from other manufacturers haven't had this problem. That being said, performance is fine.
