Needed a smaller casserole dish, this was perfect size, very nice. I might buy a size up too for larger meal. Great product, made in france not China. I trust nothing weird in the material. Great for baking.

This is a wonderful, small baking dish. It arrived well-packaged. However, the adhesive used to secure the company's logo to the dish was almost impossible to remove. When I removed the logo strip, an adhesive was placed on the dish's inside, right where food would be placed to cook. I had to soak the dish in Goo Gone for over an hour and then aggressively scrape the adhesive from inside the dish. I hope the company will use another adhesive in the future.

Emile Henry is the Staub/LC in the world of baking. It’s sleek and pretty and I love the many color options it has. More than just a trophy wife in the kitchen, it’s a Fricking workhorse. Super easy to clean and prevented my lasagna from drying out.

Baking dish is beautiful. Perfect size for roasting, baking, preparing hot meals for one person. Superb Emile Henry quality, sturdy, lovely finish. Depth is perfect for small baked potatoes, pasta dishes, or stew. Easy to handle for oven and cleaning.

So proud to have this among my other Emile Henry items. Beautiful, durable & just a smudge of butter/oil ( no flour needed) will ensure perfect results. Easy to clean as well. Love, love these products. There is a is major difference in quality if you buy replicas . Please don't. I donated all my other ceramic bakeware without regret.

It’s a wonderful item but it does have a small flaw in the glaze, like a lot of others here report. It is small enough that it’s not worth returning BUT given how many have complained, I wonder if they’re not just selling seconds on Amazon that they don’t put out in retail where you can inspect them.

I bought the 8.7 x 5 baking dish in Burgundy. It's more of a red, which I was happy about. I love the size as it's great for making a side dish for two people. Looks well made and sturdy. Happy!
