The carburetor fit my engine perfectly, and after trying to start my log splitter with the old carburetor forever (at least 30 minutes and pulling the starter rope a few hundred times) I ordered this replacement. Installation took at most 10 minutes, and it started on the second pull. Ran great, tooI highly recommend it!

I've been buying aftermarket cheap carbs for years and it's hit or miss. This one worked well right out of the box hooked it on and my generator started on the first pull runs evenly

Had to drill out plastic clip that holds throttle rod in place with .096 drill bit. Neither the stock rod or the new rod end (new one comes with the carb) would go thru hole. Other than that the carb fits just fine on my Briggs & Stratton 1450 series motor on my Troy Bilt Horse rototiller. More to follow on how it runs....4-10-20: Fueled up tiller, 3rd pull it fired right up! Very smooth running. Works like a champ! Amazing value and with the exception of having to drill out the clip, very high quality.

Great replacement for generator. Hurricane brought massive damage to the Carolina’s. The generator tested fine 2 gays prior to needing it. Then it fails when it was go time. The replacement was plug and play. First pull and runs smoother than the last carb. Just bought a second to keep on hand.

So I got a wild hair recently and decided to try and repair a generator that my dad had given me. I determined that the issue was probably in the carburetor. So being tight or cheap some might say, I decided to try and rebuild the existing carburetor. YouTube is very helpful. Well that was a big failure!! I rebuilt the old carburetor and put it back on and the dang thing leaked like crazy. Luckily I had seen this carburetor listed when I was looking for a rebuild kit. At such a great price I decided to purchase this one and give it one more shot on my own before I took it to a professional. Well, low and behold I easily got this one on tighten up and fired up the old generator in a few pulls. And it kept running!! Thank goodness for this carburetor!!

Did not work on my 10hp troy bilt chipper shredder, bolted up and everything looked nice but the governor cable and spring didnt work. I run it on fast, its FULL throttle all time. Go down to slow. Carb adjustment doesnt move.. Any help?
