This part went bad after about four of five uses leaving me unable to see during a storm and nearly causing me to have a wreck. When I contacted customer service the customer service page has been taken down. I sent them a email, they told me to contact Amazon. Amazon tells me to contact the seller. Can you say runaround? I knew you could. My best advice is never buy anything from these people. Go to a local parts house and get a lifetime replacement guarantee.

Note that there are two different connector options that were used for many model years. Check before ordering. This one is 5pin.For ease of removal of the assembly, it is necessary to rotate the motor to bring the arms of the mechanism into one straight line. It can then be removed. Then before the wiper blades are attached after re-assembly, the wipers need to be turned on and then off to put them back in the bottom of the windshield position.

The threescrews that come with it are shorter than the original. one of the holes on the new motor was not properly poured when the piece of the assembly was made so it had a factory defect. I needed to put it on and was not going to send it back so I had to do a hot pour od soda cans aluminum and filled the whole then I had to use a tap to get the thread going… fixed it with a new thread and use the blue compound to secure the bolt in place in case something happens… The motor works on my F350 1999 7.3l but I had to work the unit as the casting was poorly done… luckily I am good at fixing anything…

Le queda perfecto al ford f-150 2003Es igual que el original, pero si se nota que es una version economica, se nota en los materiales y el acabadoOjO al apretar los tornillos de donde se sujeta, el metal es muy delicado y se barren facilmenteSin embargo, funciona muy bien.. muy silencioso...Esperemos dure por mucho tiempo y habra sido una muy buena compra..
