Somebody, somewhere dropped this, broke the plug, then placed the broken pieces in the parts bag!OK....I was able to salvage the gear cover plate and plug off the bad unit, so I won’t be returning this. But.....you sold me a known broken unit!WTF?

Owning a bmw is expensive and this is just the right price for a part that’s already cheaply made but they charge way too much for at the dealer or auto parts stores
