Purchased this for my 2014 Ford Escape. I don’t consider myself a mechanic by any means so I watched an installation video on YouTube. I had it installed in about 30 minutes and it’s working perfectly.

Worked fine and less than year later it died. Out of return window so need to buy and install another one.

Ordered windshield wiper motor. Housing arrived chipped ( so must have been refurbished item) I needed the part and no time to wait for it to be sent back and replaced ( again) just not happy with quality, but I made it work!!
