Got this for disabled person to make mopping easier at the workplace, the plastic part that twists is big and easy to work and the concept is easy to understand (the mophead is pinched between the teeth) so troubleshooting becomes much easier. So far this mop has been in place for a few months and even with some rough twisting it's held up and most of the random mop heads work with it.
