I recently got into home canning food and the turkey fryer burner I was using just didn't have the BTU's to heat the large water bath stock pot very quickly. This burner is a tank and a monster!It's heavy duty and built like a tank. A monster because the heat output is like Godzilla's fire breathing breath!!

I make my own giant sized "turkey fryers". These large 10" burners heat my 60qt pots perfectly. I consider them a great purchase

We used this to make a food cart to fry!!! Perfect size as well burner was a perfect fit a little on the heavy side but got the job done for us!!!

There is no way to get a nice burning blue flame. With the regulator set to as low or as high as it goes, all I get is high yellow flames. Adjusting the air is the same result all the way closed or all the way open or in between. It makes a great fire pit but I really wanted it for cooking. I sent an email to Cookamp to see what they can do. I'll update my review when I get an answer.Edit: Its been a full week and I emailed Cookamp a second time a few days ago... no answer at all. I also tried a different regulator from another burner that I have that works fine with the same results.Customer support seems to be non-existent. I will be returning and buying a different product.
