This BIZOUTER Cat Food Mat,Safety Silicone is meant to go under pet food/drink bowls to contain any messes. The mat is made of soft and flexible silicone and has a lip around the entire edge. I ordere the Gray color.We have been feeding and housing some stray cats that have adopted us this winter. We have a pair of indoor cats, so we choose to help these stray/feral cats with food & water and heated out door cat houses. We place dry food and water on our deck and have found the cats are not too d=careful with the dry kibble. The small bits get between deck boards and make a mess. Enter the silicone mat. The BIZOUTER mat is bone shaped with smaller "bone" embossings on the mat. This is not exactly cat oriented, but I don't think the cats really care.The mat arrived in a basic, clear plastic bag. It is made of food-grade silicone and is soft and flexible. The mat has a sturdy yet flexible feel. There is a raised edge that contains liquid spills, just what you want under pet food bowls.The mat measures about 18" x 12", which is just fine for a water bowl and small food bowl/dish. At $10 the quality and functionality is great! I really like this BIZOUTER mat!

I almost lost my little dog recently to pancreatitis, so I am thrilled that he is on the mendAND that we have found a food that is good for him that he loves, BUT I had almost forgotten the absolute mess that he can make when eating. Mercifully dogs do not have opposable thumbs or I would be looney tunes at every meal time. I have tried different mats, but so many are made with materials that hold on to wet food particles (and he may only have wet food now--yay =/). I have silicone mats under my cats' water bowls (for similar reasons), so I saw this BIZOUTER "Safety Silicone Waterproof Feeder Pad with Raised Edge Puppy Feeding Mat" and thought I would give it a try for the dog. It is a nice dark gray, and the design is both practical and whimsical, but not so over the top that he must sacrifice his dignity each time he eats from it (lol). The silicone grabs the dish so he can't bull doze it around, is very easy to keep clean, and the perimeter edge keeps all errant bits contained. All for a very reasonable $9.99 (price at time of order/review). So glad that now the aftermath of his mealtime doesn't put me off my own ; } .

This is a nice mat, made of good silicone material, flexible and easy to clean. Nicely sized - we have two others and they are just a bit larger, but too big (i.e., just taking up too much floor space) for one cat and not really big enough for two. A square or rectangle mat might make a bit more sense in terms of usable space, but this mat has a nice pet motif shaped as a bone. All in all, it's another silicone mat, but I do like it better than the two other cat food mats we already have.

Our dog isn't very messy, but simply moving the water bowl can cause a spill--it happens. So, I wanted to protect the floor, and this cute bone-shaped mat is a good solution. For our dog's small feeding table this mat worked out which was great because not only did I not want to get rid of the table, but I wouldn't have gotten rid of the table just to have the mat. I didn't know the mat was made of silicone, but I'm glad it is silicone. Cleaning it should be easy since it's silicone. Cute, lightweight, easy to clean (hopefully), and nice gray color equals a happy shopper...yay!

Very cute and turned out to be the perfect size for my bowls. It's easy to clean and won't take up too much space. No leakage at all. My pup loves it; a bit too much because he tries to chew it SMH. But overall, I definitely recommend this pad.

I had a similar one a while back but it was too big for my space so when I saw this online, I ordered it hoping it was big enough for my cat balls which it is! I specifically wanted a smaller one so this is perfect. It helps keep my eating cat area clean.. he likes to eat sometimes out of the bowl and he places his food on the mat. This cat has been very practical and helpful when I wanted to clean up after him. I love the shape too if it’s my couples perfectly on each side. It’s very easy to clean. I just throw it in the shower and air dry it and it’s good to go.:)

Good quality - easy to clean, perfect size to hold two bowls, slip resistant. Neutral color is great and design is so cute.
