These clippers were exactly what I needed to groom my handsome little Maltipoo puppy. These clippers are designed so nice and they are also quiet. My puppy stays calm when I’m trimming with these clippers. The battery life is excellent, and the cut quality is excellent as well. It comes with all the accessories needed to get the job done. I bought this for my 9 year old female cat. Ever since kitten-hood, she's always had a very sensitive stomach and often has loose or runny stools which, unfortunately, tend to get the fur around her butt pretty gross at times.Rather than resorting to butt baths to clean her up, I decided to give this a try to trim away the excessive floof that her stools were getting stuck to. IT WORKED! The trimmer is quiet and doesn't scare her, and I'm able to trim enough fur that she no longer gets messy if she ends up having a bad bowel movement.It's a nice little kit for any pet owner to have on hand.

I was wanting a quiet clipper so that I could cut down on my Himalayan's fur, as she gets hairballs from licking. After I charged it, I put a long comb on and was just combing with it (not on). She enjoyed that so hit the button and it was a soft buzz and did not spook her at all. I ended up changing the heads to get more fun off and no problem. She is jusst not thrilled with the one for the paws. I would buy again. I really like it.

I have two cats that are getting older and because of that, they're now struggling to maintain their coats. I checked out a few different clipper sets on Amazon and decided to try this one out!First of all, the set looks very clean and modern, and it came with so many different head options to help with different fur lengths and styles. I was very impressed with the scissors and comb that came in the kit. They're both made of steel and the scissors were very sharp. I was able to cut through my cat's "beard" without any difficulty. As for the razor itself, I didn't use any of the heads due to the matting my cat had going on. It cut through EFFORTLESSLY without catching my cat's skin, and it didn't get too hot at any point.The kit was extremely easy to use and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have a medium haired senior cat whe has started developing mats in his hair. This little trimmer is perfect for removing them easily with o pain to him. It's nice and quiet so it doesn't scare him when I torn it on. Excellent product!

Don’t know if I received a defective product, but it will not hold a charge. I’ll charge it for hours only for it to quit after about 10 seconds of use. (Not an exaggeration, you literally have only seconds before the indicator light starts flashing and the unit stops.)It’s a shame because it does cut through matted fur and would be good grooming razor for the cats if it would actually work.

I’ve only use this trimmer once on my 5-month-old Ragdoll, trimming both his bum area and paws. This trimmer comes with three different heads, and I used two of them during the session.For the bum area, the large head got the job done, but I noticed a trade-off depending on how I used it. Without an attachment, it’s quite powerful, so you have to be very careful. However, adding an attachment slowed things down significantly—it felt like it was barely removing any hair.For the paws, the process was extremely slow. I had to go over the same spots multiple times to get the fur trimmed properly. Thankfully, my cat actually fell asleep during the whole thing, so I had time to work carefully. But realistically, most cats won’t sit still for that long, and I wouldn’t want to spend this much time trimming his paws every time.Overall, while the trimmer works, it’s not as efficient as I’d like—especially for the paws. I’ll definitely be looking for a better option even if it means more money. If you have a very patient cat, this might be okay, but for wiggly kitties, you’ll probably want something more powerful and precise!

Our cat gets very clumpy hair on her back end in the winter when her hair gets thicker. She can be very difficult during brushing and we can't get all the hair out causing the clumping. This device is quiet and she let us shave her!! Love it!!! Recommend for difficult fur babies 😉
